Let us pray this 6th day of May

Start and end your day with these prayers for morning, noon and evening. Everyday life ministry has you covered. God bless everyone!

Morning Prayer: Boldly Begin the Day

Lord Jesus, as I rise this morning, fill me with boldness to shine Your light throughout the day. Remove any fear or desire for approval that dims my witness, and help me to trust fully in Your purpose for my life. Empower me by Your Spirit to stand firm in faith, courageously speaking and living out Your truth in every situation. May my actions and words honor You and inspire others to seek Your light. Guide me to boldly reflect Your love and strength as I walk with You today.

“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control” (2 Timothy 1:7).

In Jesus’ holy name, Amen.

Noon Prayer: Courage in the Midst of Challenges

Heavenly Father, by midday I sometimes feel weary and tempted to hide my light to avoid conflict or judgment. Remind me now that You have given me a spirit not of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Strengthen me to be strong and courageous, knowing You are with me wherever I go. Help me to engage with the world around me without losing the uniqueness of Your truth. Let Your presence renew my spirit so I may shine brightly and undimmed through the rest of the day.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).

In Jesus’ holy name, Amen.

Evening Prayer: Reflecting on a Day of Boldness

Gracious God, as this day closes, I reflect on the ways I sought to boldly shine the light of Jesus. Thank You for every opportunity to stand firm in faith and for the courage to share Your name despite fears or doubts. Forgive me where I compromised Your calling by hiding my light. Renew my commitment to live courageously and to let my faith be evident in all I do. Rest in me tonight, Lord, and prepare me to step forward again tomorrow, trusting fully in Your amazing purpose and grace.

“But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you” (1 Peter 3:15).

In Jesus’ holy name, Amen.
