Key Verse: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 (NIV)
Brothers and sisters,
Good morning. I want to talk to you today about something we all struggle with: letting go. You see, we’re so used to carrying everything ourselves—our worries, our plans, our fears. We think if we don’t hold on tight, everything will fall apart. But the truth is, the tighter we grip, the more exhausted we become.
And that’s when God whispers, “Let me handle it.”
Now, I know that’s easier said than done. But let me tell you, when you finally open your hands and give it all to Him, something beautiful happens. You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to trust the One who does.
When You Feel Lost, Let God Handle It
Life can feel heavy. You carry worries about tomorrow, decisions that seem impossible, and fears that whisper, “You’re not enough.” But here’s the beautiful truth: you don’t have to carry it all.
God doesn’t ask you to figure everything out. He asks you to let go and let Him lead. When you place your burdens in His hands, something shifts. Your anxiety doesn’t vanish overnight, but your faith begins to grow. You start to realize: in His hands, I find my faith.
What Does “Let God Handle It” Look Like?
– Surrender your plans. Instead of forcing your own way, whisper, “Lord, I trust You with this.”
– Stop replaying worst-case scenarios. God’s plans are good, even when you can’t see the next step.
– Take one small step of obedience. Let Him guide your feet, not your fears.
A Simple Prayer for Today
Father, I give You my worries, my confusion, my need to control. You see the whole picture; I only see a tiny piece. Lead me gently. In Your hands, I find my faith. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
Hope for the Journey
You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to hold the hand of the One who does. Let God lead the way — He’s never lost a single person who trusted Him.
