Pray and Reflect
My child, here’s an important message. Marriage is more than just seeking personal happiness.
While joy may arise from marriage, its ultimate purpose is to honor and glorify God. When a man and a woman unite in marriage, they are entrusted with a divine mission to reflect the image of God through their union. By fulfilling this sacred purpose, happiness naturally follows.
Too often, individuals pursue relationships in search of happiness, fulfillment, and purpose. Yet, genuine fulfillment can only be discovered in a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. If you do not find contentment and joy as a single person, you will not magically attain happiness in marriage. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be added to you.

Colossians 3:17 (NIV):
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
This verse emphasizes the importance of living every aspect of our lives, including relationships and marriages, in a way that honors and glorifies God. By doing everything in the name of the Lord Jesus and giving thanks to God, we can fulfill our divine mission and reflect the image of God through our actions. It reinforces the idea that true happiness and fulfillment come from aligning our lives with God’s will and purpose.
